I utilized Davis and Davis Heating and Air after I received a few different cost estimates to replace the entire duct work in our 1980s home. We already had new units installed and now could afford the duct work upgrade. The job took a total of two days as we were informed of before the work commenced and they ensured we had the capability to use heat/air at the end of the day. The workers were knowledgeable, efficient and respectful in every interaction. I will definitely call them again for any and all future needs and recommend them to others. Jamie Davis came highly recommended from multiple people around Camden. He came, diagnosed my problem with my AC. Took care of the problem, then once the AC decided to go out on us. We called him and he was quick to respond, came to assess the situation and we happily decided to go with him for a new install. His crew showed up prompt THE NEXT DAY for an install. Jamie and his guys were polite, quick and quiet. They were in and out in a timely manner and walked me through the new unit and thermostat. We recently contacted Jamie Davis about our unit. Quickly responding he discovered several things that were causing us issues. He provided us solutions which we felt were appropriate. His crew had our old unit and ductwork out in a couple days, treated the crawlspace and installed new moisture barrier before installing new system including ductwork! They are professional and reasonably priced. The service and promptness is incredible. Jamie made certain that everything was working to our satisfaction. I came home from vacation to find my house hot. I called Davis and Davis Heating and Air. In about 2 hours Jamie Davis was here. I have an older system that I knew needed replacement, in just a few minutes he some how patched it up and had it cooling down my house. He gave me a price to replace it that was a lot cheaper than I expected. Soon I will have a brand new HVAC system that will pay for itself in just a few years by saving electricity. After many years of needing a new HVAC system for our veterinary practice, Jamie was referred to me by several people. He came over, did a thorough inspection and analysis of what we needed, and then completed the work efficiently and affordably. The workmanship and service is remarkable! We were so impressed and pleased that we also had him install a completely new system (units and ductwork) for our home as well. Worthy of note is that we have now had our new systems (business and home) for months and I have yet to have to call him back for any follow up. For the latter, from the emergency service call until a brand new system was in place? Less than 24 hours!
